We are legal and business advisors to video game developers and e-sports promoters. Our services include the organization and registration of legal entities, preparation and negotiation of contracts, intellectual property protection and licensing, business plans, and the generation and monetization of tax credits.

 

We are committed to the development of this emerging sector in Puerto Rico and contribute toward its growth by offering seminars and mentoring to companies and their founders, and to the members of the Puerto Rico Game Developers Association (PRGDA).

 

We recently represented Gladius Studios throughout the development process of the video game “Ese Pobre Lechón.” We represent industry influencer, entrepreneur, and e-sports promoter Frankie “Hambo” López, the host of “Yo Soy un Gamer.”
