NATALIA A. RALAT is a corporate, entertainment and intellectual property attorney dedicated to protecting the rights of innovators and creatives. Natalia supports audiovisual content creators and software developers with contractual matters and intellectual property licensing and registration. Natalia is enthusiastic about emerging issues transforming the business and finance sectors, such as startups, technology, the intellectual property law landscape, including artificial intelligence and digital technologies.
Prior to joining The Sifre Group, LLC, Natalia worked as Chief Legal Officer at a federal funding consulting firm, specializing in intellectual property advisory, legal research, and contracts.
Natalia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Pre Law Studies with a minor concentration in Political Sciences (2016) and a Juris Doctor from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico (2019). In 2022, she completed an LL.M. in intellectual property law from George Washington Law School in Washington, D.C.
