We are legal and business advisors to the major studios and the independent productions that film in Puerto Rico. Our services include the organization and registration of legal entities, intellectual property protection and licensing, the handling of production and financing legal matters, and the generation and monetization of tax credits.

 

We team up with filmmakers to provide creative input, structure the finance plan, and position the project to attract producers, talent, investors, lenders, sponsors, sales agents, and distributors, during the development phase of their projects. 

 

In addition to having supported more than 50 local and international independent projects, we have done work for: 20th Century Fox, ABC Studios, CBS, Disney, HBO, MarVista, NBC Universal, New Regency, Relativity Media, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Warner Bros., Universal Pictures, and Netflix.
